Rails and Planes in Japan

This is a blog for those who are interested in Japanese trains and airplanes. I'm going to be writing about the valubanle informaiton of those fields.

Hi guys !. Hope everyone is staying safe. This is the second post here, so I'm not really used to it.

Are you familier with Japan airlines? Japan airlines would be known as a big airlines in the world that has

a lot of planes. Yeah, it is abosolutely true. I've seen many kinds of planes since I stared to become

interested in airplanes.

Okay, then I'm going to introduce all the series of airplanes in Japan airlines showing some pictures I took.

① Boeing 787-8
IMG_2869

This might be the best known one. This plane is a alternative one for Boeing 767, which is seen in flight

to a lot of airports in japan such as Osaka, Naha, Tokushima, and aiports in asian countries such as

Shanghai, Bangkok. Singapore. Furthermore, this is operated in some flights to USA and some countries

in Europe.  The engine is GE-NX and that sound less noisy than any other airplanes I've ever seen !!

If you want to see this plane, it'd be good for you to go ot Narita airport and Haneda airport. The picture

was taken at a place neaby from Narita airport.

②Boeing 787-9
IMG_2847

This is a loger type of 787-8. The engine is same as 787-8, but this plane is mainly used in

flilght to
oversea. I'd recommend you guys go to Narita airport than Haneda airport to see

this plane because this
plane is operated in flights to oversea like I said. The picture was

taken at Narita airport .

③Boeing 777-300ER

IMG_1407

I bet a lot of visiters know of this plane!!  This type of aircraft is widely used in a lot of airlines

folllowing
the 787 series. 777-300er is a plane that is operated in flights to oversea, especially

to North america
and Europe. Before the 787 was launched. this plane was used for those

flights the most!! the feature of
this plane is the size of engine. The engine is GE90-115B,

which is one the biggest engine in the world.
You guys will defenitely see this plane if you go

to Narita airport. Of course , it is posible to see this at
Haneda Airport as well.  The picture

was taken at Narita airport.

④Boeing 777-300
IMG_3862

This plane looks as same as 777-300ER, but look at the engine. The engine is actually a

little bit smaller
than that of 777-300ER. The engine is PW4090 and this plane is only used in

a couple of flights in Japan
such as Haneda to Naha and Haneda to New Chitose. Therefore,

it is kind of hard to see this plane and
it is so lucky if you see that !! you should go to Haneda

airport to see that. This picture was taken in
Haneda airport.

⑤Boeing 777-200ER

IMG_2985

This is a plane that is not really seen , but still works so hard and fly to some places. As the

name
includes ER, it is basically used in flights to other countries especially to shanghai ,

taipei, hongkong.
However, compared to 787-8,9,  this type of plane is not really seen. The

engine is GE90-94B, which is
a little bit weeker than GE90-115B that 777-300ER have, but

still have good power. If you guys would
like to see this plane, it'd be better to go to Haneda

airport. This picture was taken at a place nearby
Narita airport though haha

⑥Boeing 777-200
IMG_3219
This looks almost as same as 777-200ER, but the engine is different. The engine is

Pw4074, so this plane is only for fiights in Japan such as to Osaka, Sapporo, and Naha. The

engine sounds kind of weird especially when taking off, so I personally really prefer taking

this plane. You'll see some of them at Haneda airport. This picture was taken at Haneda

airport.

⑦Boeing 767-300ER

IMG_2802

IMG_3253

This would probably be one of the most famous aircraft in the world and  I bet a lot of you quys know

this aircraft. In Japan airlines , you'll see so many numbers of this aircrraft because 767-300er used to

be opereated in flights to oversea, but since 5-10 years ago it's been used in flights in Japan . I've taken

this plane to go to Osaka, but this plane flies to a lot of places like Naha, New Chitose, Kagoshima, and

Komatsu as well. The engine is GE CF6-80C, which sounds literally like what the airplane is!! haha

You guys will defenitely see a lot of them if you guys go to Haneda airport. This picture was taken at

Haneda airport.

⑧Boeing 737-800
IMG_2888

This plane is used so widely in Japan airlines and there're a large numbers of this aircraft

in  Japan airlines. This is basislly used in flights to a lot of 787places not ooly in cities but in

countryside in Japan such as Kansai, Takamatsu, and Okayama. However, sometimes you'll

see this plane that is operated in flights to countries in east asia such as Seoul, Busan, and

Taipei. I took this plane to  go to Takamatsu in 2020 and it was pretty good. The engine is

CFM56-7B, which is much smaller than engines used in B787, 777 and 767. If you'd like to

see this plane, you can go to almost every airoports in Japan haha, Especially Haneda

airport.
